Can I take MLO even if I am pregnant or doing breastfeeding?
- LifeOil is generally safe for everyone to use. But for the expecting mothers, we highly recommend to consult first with their ob-gyne before taking any type of food supplement.
- If your doctor allows you, then you can take 2 to 4 capsules a day to increase milk supply. If you think your breast milk supply is sufficient, then you can taper it down to 1 to 2 capsules a day.
- A gentle reminder, that proper breastfeeding latching should be observed as this stimulate breast milk production.
